I'm originally from Pennsylvania but moved to North Carolina over 30 years ago and call Charlotte home.  I picked up cording lawn chairs as a hobby some time ago and found it a terrific way to pass the time and have fun!

I buy top quality empty (blank) chair frames along with a 100-yard spools of color cord and come up with various unique designs.  These designs can be tailored to include your favorite college or pro sports team. 

I first cord the vertical followed by cording the horizontal pattern.  What makes these chairs special and different from most is the corded corners and the polyurethane arm rests.  Each custom chair cost approximately $175-$200, depending upon the complexity of the design.
